Pointbreak Volleyball – High School Boys Tryouts
(2026–2027 Season)
Pointbreak Volleyball invites high‑school and middle school boys to join us for the 2026–2027 club season. Our tryouts provide a competitive, organized, and supportive environment where athletes can showcase their skills and be evaluated for placement in our Travel and Local program offerings.
Athletes will be assessed on ball control, athleticism, volleyball IQ, coachability, and overall potential. Whether you’re aiming for a top‑level travel team or looking to grow within our local program, our coaching staff is committed to placing each athlete where they can develop and succeed.
Tryout Dates & Age Group Times
Saturday, August 22
- 12U-14U: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 15U–16U: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 17U–18U: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, August 23
- 12U-14U: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 15U–16U: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 17U–18U: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Eligible Ages
Athletes trying out for: 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U
Player’s Proof of Age
All athletes are required to upload valid proof of age during registration. Accepted documents include a California ID, birth certificate, government‑issued ID, or school ID.
Program Options
- Travel Teams – Competitive teams that participate in regional and national events, requiring a higher level of commitment, training intensity, and travel.
- Local Teams – Competitive local‑level teams with a reduced travel schedule while still offering strong coaching, development, and structured training.

Point Break VBC offers competitive Travel & Local Club Volleyball experiences for High School boys and girls as well as Local Middle School Volleyball programs.
