Point Break Strength and Conditioning with Project B

PointBreak Strength and Conditioning hosted by Project B Physical Therapy and Performance.

In this 4-week Strength and Conditioning Workshop for Volleyball Players designed by Dr. Joseph Bautista of Project B Physical Therapy and Performance, we will be focusing on pre-hab which is a proactive approach to address mobility, strength and movement deficits.

Exercises will be progressed each session, so it is encouraged that your athlete attends all sessions to reap all benefits.  This program can help young volleyball players improve sport performance (hitting harder/jumping higher), help reduce injury risks, and stay on the court healthy!

Limited to 8 participants.

Cost per student: $220 for 8 sessions.

** To benefit the most from this program, athletes should be injury-free and pain-free so they can participate in all of the activities performed during class.

** No refunds or credits will be given for any missed sessions.

** No makeup sessions are offered, unless Project B/PointBreak cancels a session.

If any athletes are currently experiencing any pain, please e-mail: dr.josephbautista@gmail.com for physical therapy, or if you have questions if this program is right for your athlete.
